Door-to-Door Delivery
We handle the entire journey from our facility in Thailand directly to your door — no freight forwarders, no middlemen. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days to most destinations. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location.
No Import Permits Required
Our plants are shipped with full phytosanitary documentation. You do not need an import permit on your end, regardless of the quantity ordered. We take care of all export compliance from our side so your plants clear customs without any action required from you.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Every order is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives dead, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked. We have a 0.25% claim rate across all shipments, which we're proud of and work hard to maintain through careful packing and fast transit times.
To file a claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the plant.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. If your country is not listed, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
