2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment by credit card via Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship door-to-door from Thailand with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. All export documentation and phytosanitary certificates are handled by us. You are not required to obtain an import permit on your end for shipments to the United States.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties once the shipment has left our facility.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipping cutoff has passed, as export documentation and logistics arrangements will already be in progress.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee & Claims

Every order is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives dead, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eli@phylla.us with clear photographs of the plant and packaging. We will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Minor cosmetic transit stress — such as some yellowing or bruised leaves — is normal and not covered under the guarantee. Plants are living organisms and will recover with proper care. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic evidence will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns. Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

5. Import Regulations

While we handle all Thai export compliance, you are responsible for understanding the import regulations in your country or state. If your jurisdiction requires specific permits, declarations, or inspections, please inform us before placing your order so we can prepare the appropriate documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, plant descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of Botana and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botana's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
